Dr. Helen Rosario Jaramillo Gutierrez De Elliott is a board-certified OB/GYN (FACOG) and Diplomate of the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (DipABLM) with over a decade of experience in comprehensive women’s health, hormonal medicine, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She earned her medical degree from the Catholic University of Saint Mary in Arequipa, Peru, completed her OB/GYN residency in New York, and has since dedicated her career to serving women across the country.
Dr. Elliott’s multidisciplinary background includes certification as a Food for Life Instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and a strong commitment to lifestyle medicine. She integrates nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and meaningful social connection into her clinical approach. Raised in a family of physicians and shaped by years of serving underserved communities, she is passionate about delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive, whole-person care. As a native Spanish speaker who is also fluent in English and Portuguese, she is able to connect with and support women from diverse backgrounds.
