Dr. Chet Tharpe is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician who is passionate about providing thoughtful, patient-centered care grounded in science, active listening, and advocacy. Through his clinical work, he has seen firsthand how evidence-based hormone replacement therapy can meaningfully improve quality of life, both for his patients and for members of his own family. His approach emphasizes helping patients feel heard, informed, and supported as they navigate complex health decisions.
Dr. Tharpe earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and brings broad clinical experience to his work, including leadership roles in digital health.
In addition to his role at Winona, Dr. Tharpe serves as Medical Director for Curex Medical, an online allergy care platform. He values telemedicine as a powerful way to expand access to high-quality care and is driven by the opportunity to help patients feel well again. Outside of clinical work, his motivation is rooted in improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based medicine.
