Fred Seale

Dr. Fred (Rocky) Seale, MD joined Winona in 2025. He is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and completed his OB/GYN residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center/Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, while on active duty with the U.S. Air Force. Dr. Seale finds it rewarding to provide women with safe, convenient treatment that helps them find relief and enjoy life. Outside of work, he loves all things music, including listening, playing, performing, collecting, and selling! He is mostly into Rock and Roll, but he could survive on nothing but the Beatles if it came to that.
