She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has spent years supporting women through hormonal transitions with individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches.

Motivated in part by her own menopause experience, Dr. Wilson is deeply committed to improving access to thoughtful, patient-centered care during this stage of life. She previously built and led a large women’s health clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality care and has served as a national mentor for bioidentical hormone therapy training programs, supporting physicians expanding their expertise in menopause and hormone-based treatment strategies. She has additional clinical training in sexual health, longevity-focused therapies, and metabolic and wellness-based interventions that support healthy aging.

At Winona, Dr. Wilson provides personalized menopause care through a telehealth model designed to help women better understand hormonal changes and feel confident navigating treatment decisions so they can remain active, healthy, and engaged during midlife and beyond.
