Dr. Dawn Rachelle Wilson is a board-certified OB/GYN with extensive experience providing comprehensive women’s healthcare and a strong clinical focus on menopause care and midlife health. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has spent years supporting women through hormonal transitions with individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches.
Motivated in part by her own menopause experience, Dr. Wilson is deeply committed to improving access to thoughtful, patient-centered care during this stage of life. She previously built and led a large women’s health clinic dedicated to delivering high-quality care and has served as a national mentor for bioidentical hormone therapy training programs, supporting physicians expanding their expertise in menopause and hormone-based treatment strategies. She has additional clinical training in sexual health, longevity-focused therapies, and metabolic and wellness-based interventions that support healthy aging.
At Winona, Dr. Wilson provides personalized menopause care through a telehealth model designed to help women better understand hormonal changes and feel confident navigating treatment decisions so they can remain active, healthy, and engaged during midlife and beyond.
Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Wilson maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, attending concerts, spending time with her three children, and working on a multigenerational family farm-to-market business.
