At Winona, we recognize that while our products are tailored for a specific, transitional phase in women's lives, our core values extend beyond menopause to include championing opportunity, freedom, and purpose for women in all stages of life.

Additionally, fostering community and empowerment remains at the forefront of Winona's mission. We pursue this by contributing in a grass roots manner to local organizations and communities for women of all ages, as well as creating opportunities for connecting girls and women via in-person events.

Three Womens

Support at Every Stage

While our primary focus is menopause care, we believe education, support, and proper healthcare is important at every stage. Our goal is to ensure that every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. Through our sponsorships and programs, we help women and girls navigate their unique challenges with confidence.

Walnut Mustangs

Winona is a proud sponsor of the Walnut Mustangs - the girls water polo team in Walnut, California. We believe that sports not only support physical fitness but also foster life skills like discipline, leadership, and perseverance.

By supporting the Mustangs, we aim to help instill confidence, teamwork, and resilience in these athletes, preparing them for success in all areas of life.

Community Building

Our commitment to community building centers around events and shared experiences that unify women in menopause. We create and champion community both on and offline. These spaces provide women with invaluable opportunities to feel supported and understood.

Online Community

Recognizing the importance of accessibility, we provide recurring virtual events and community spaces for women to engage in ongoing connection and mutual support:

Our online community building allows all Winona patients and prospective patients to participate, regardless of location.

Through these initiatives, we are able to support a broader audience, offering flexibility and convenience to women seeking to improve their health and well-being.

In-Person Community

Our comprehensive care goes beyond compounded medications. We strive to reach as many women as possible all over the country through partnerships, panels, events, and more. These are some examples of our community-building initiatives:

The Winona Corporate Wellness program includes:

  • Winona Path to Wellness Event, central CA, March 2024

  • Winona Weekend of Wellness, southern CA, April 2024

  • She Leads Conference and Panel, NYC, October 2024

  • Local Winona Meetups, led by Winona Ambassadors

Winona’s in-person initiatives are opportunities for women to forge meaningful connections and learn about Winona. We’re always looking for new and better ways to gather our community.

Giving Back

Our dedication to giving back is an integral part of our mission. Through donations and partnerships with local organizations, we strive to uphold our commitment to social responsibility.

Each year on Giving Tuesday, we provide our patients and team members the chance to share the local organizations most important to them. In doing so, we can be sure our contributions make a meaningful difference in the communities closest to us.

“As a co-founder of Winona, it’s always been really important to me that our company values are reflected in everything we do. We achieve this through providing our patients with education and community and giving back whenever we can. It’s been incredible to see first-hand the impact we’ve gotten to make on our patients’ lives.”
