Luis Lora Garcia

Dr. Garcia joined Winona in 2025. He is a board-certified physician who earned his Doctorate from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic. Dr. Garcia is passionate about menopause care and loves working directly with patients to help them reach their healthiest outcomes. Outside of seeing patients, he loves dancing salsa and traveling.
